Great sales experience with Cade. We really like the new Jetta to replace our previous 2019 Jetta. As always, the D-Pat team provides great support.
Me and the wife were looking at suv's, for our next vehicle. My mother has purchased 2 vehicles from D Patrick. So we gave them a chance ourselves. We were very pleased with our experience. Chad was amazing from the test drive to the final walk around and giving us any info we asked about reguarding the vehicle. They went over many warranties and other offers, which was great. Had an issue with air conditioner. D-Patrick repair service worked on it. The issue got worse. Rather blowing cool air it is now blowing hot air. Called to have car brought back in. They scheduled an appointment 4 weeks out to look at it. I don't think that is good service.
Chad Gudorf at D-Patrick Volkswagen went above and beyond my expectations. I wasn’t really looking to buy but was open to trading in if he could get the numbers where I wanted them and he did just that. He was patient, kind, and offered all kinds of information about the vehicle that I purchased without being pushy! This speaks volumes to me! Patrick has been absolutely fantastic during my whole car purchase. I had a crappy situation with my car - it was a 1 in a million bad luck situation. He ran #’s on various cars, was helpful, kind and honest. After this incident, I won’t need another car for a while, but when I do, I hope Patrick is still around. Hands down great guy.
