Purchased my vehicle new from Dpat in 2017 and my sister purchased her vehicle new from them in 2016. Ive had issues with their service department in the past. I called their parts department today to inquire about a drain plug crush washer ($2 online) and was told they had one in stock and it would be $6+ after tax. I asked for the corresponding parts number and was told "it is policy not to give out part numbers." I was taken off guard by this and was told "I dont make any money if I give you a parts number."
