Went on Saturday evening to book an appointment with the manager for the following day she does a great job! Arrived 2 minutes late and the owner tammy was rude and said that it was over 4:30 and they could not accept me anymore! They do a jod job but they are not very accessible!!! Nor did I like the response of the owner they should not put closing at 5 if they will not let me go for my appointment 2 mins after over all they do a jod job if your able to go at theeeeiiiir time!
First time I went I was helped by yaya and she did an amazing job, great experience. Till today. The nail tech did my nails too narrow and I let her know and instead of offering to reshape them again or apologizing she passed me onto another nail tech who tried her best to meet my expectations... the nails could have been done better but I had to settle due to the fact that I had already been there for almost 3 hours and work at 7pm and my son had been fussy already.
