I expect better from you. You fix ac stuff but you are Tailgate toddlers. Quit chasing with that van. Speed if you want. I don't care. Sick of the bumper humping crap. It really is a social ill here. It just proves you're not really in a hurry but just trying to come bother me and cost me money. I'm surprised when you install new AC unit you dont check out the vent system with something. Disappointing. The machine works okay and takes cheap filters, but I dont feel like calling your co. any more for ac.

So the owner just replied to my 1 star review I left on Memorial Day and blamed my drain line being covered in insulation. I'm posting a video this time to prove he's lying. He also didn't address the high water alarm float being held down by the wires. But if you can't access my review, what difference does it make. His lowest reviews are inaccessible on his website.

I called late on a weekday and John came and helped me and found out was wrong. The next day Colton and his helper was at the house with the part and had us up and running. All this happened in less than 24 hrs. They were super professional and courteous. I was very impressed with all their work and getting us back with a/c so quickly. I recommend and will use again.
