I made an appt. on June 16 for today, June 30 at 6:30pm. When I arrived, the girl at the counter said "I'm sorry, Lindsay is out sick." She said that they called me and left a message. I said, "today?" And she said, "No, the other day." I looked back in my phone and I did not have a call from the salon. In addition, I recieved 2 confirmation emails, one on Friday and one yesterday. I would not recommend the salon to anyone I know. Very unprofessional!!

Marie I am so sorry we were so unprofessional and unable to accommodate you today. I can not excuse our blunder but I want to apologize. We are trying our best under such trying times. I have two girls out for extended sickness leaving us unable to fit people in. We are so short handed and should have kept calling you. We did not remove your appointment from our schedule and the confirmation texts are automatic. Unfortunately we did not do right by you and we acknowledge that.
