I hired D. Martin Roofing as an approved contractor for the MY SAFE FLORIDA HOME PROGRAM. Upon final inspection from MSFHP I was denied my $10,000.00 rebate as D. Martin did not install the roof to the requirements of the program. Mr. Martin also over ordered the tile to the tune of 650 square feet for a 3000 square foot roof that I paid for and can not use elsewhere.
