I've gone in this hardware a thousand times.. Always great service, and I really can't think of anything Mr Lee or Mike didn't have.. Great place and people
Went in there this past Saturday and couldn't find what I need and didn't get any help. It had to be obvious I was looking for something going down multiple isles and didn't get offered any help. This is the first time I wasn't offered help to find something A couple or the employees were I gaged in a joking conversation with a customer I will go to conroe to Lowes next time I need something
Speaking as an employee of D&M True value I would have to say it's the best job I have had and I truly look forward to coming to work each and every day. My coworkers are great and the customers are awesome especially the regulars that always have a story or joke to tell.
They always have what ya need and courteous people who will help you.
