Owners are Donyale and Mike Davis which is where the D&M come from.We are family owned and have been since 1967, we are 3rd generation owners. The family opened the Hardware Store and Nursery in Houston, TX in 1967 and was in the same location until January 2005. When it was Donyales turn to take over the business from her dad, we moved the store and business to Willis, TX. We opened the store in Willis February 2005. I've gone in this hardware a thousand times.. Always great service, and I really can't think of anything Mr Lee or Mike didn't have.. Great place and people
Went in there this past Saturday and couldn't find what I need and didn't get any help. It had to be obvious I was looking for something going down multiple isles and didn't get offered any help. This is the first time I wasn't offered help to find something A couple or the employees were I gaged in a joking conversation with a customer I will go to conroe to Lowes next time I need something
Speaking as an employee of D&M True value I would have to say it's the best job I have had and I truly look forward to coming to work each and every day. My coworkers are great and the customers are awesome especially the regulars that always have a story or joke to tell.
They always have what ya need and courteous people who will help you.
