i was charged $95 to size a single band ring down half a size..which took over 3 weeks for them to finish. my fault for not asking the price first but never in my wildest dreams would I have thought they would charge double to what the commercial jewelry stores charge for that service. never again. i thought it was better to send a family heirloom to a hometown family owned jewelry store for the sizing rather than taking it into a brick and mortar chain store. really disappointed and feeling ripped off
