I wanna give a big thank you to these wonderful men. I was up hunting and all of a sudden my truck dies and didnt wanna start. I tried everything that i knew to try and get it started and nothing worked. My truck was stuck way up in the mountains for 2days in ellensburg, and they saved the day. They towed the truck down to there shop and got my baby running again. Thank you guys�

We were towed out of a ditch approximately 25 minutes from their office, 10 miles outside of Vantage and it took roughly 10 minutes to pull us out. After we left and got home to Ephrata we saw that we were charged from 9:15-11:15 am (he arrived at about 9:45 am and we finished the paperwork by 10:10). I am furious that we were charged for two hours ($487) for 10 minutes of service.

I got to thank them so much for what they have done. Because I was injury retired military and trying to get my family owned truck from 1964 back running, they wanted to go above and beyond with it as a surprise. I took it in for a brake job and some gas tank work, I left with much more thanks to donated time and parts. They did a mini-reveal and I was speechless. Thank you Shane for your time and thank you Sam for parts and aiding in this! I'm still shocked
