I haven't had a direct interaction or done a repair with them. But I went to VicRoads to register a fresh car with a RWC done by them. Unfortunately VicRoads didn't allow the registration since these guys haven't added the proper details into the RWC. This has put me as well as the seller in a very difficult situation as everything had to be rescheduled. Such a waste of time and money.
