I bought a house in May of 2018 and had D Lucas home inspection do the inspection. His report was thorough and I like how he had a licensed HVAC person look at the heating and air condition. Also a licensed termite person did the termite inspection. I recently had to use the home warranty because I was having trouble with the furnace. If it weren't for the inspection report from the licensed HVAC I'm pretty sure the warranty people were going to say the problem with the furnace was a pre existing condition. Lucas Home Inspections did a home inspection on a home we helped purchase for our son and daughter in law. They sent out an inspector and he documented in his report that the roof was in "sound" condition and starting to curl. Our Realtor even admits she never knew they needed a new roof or we would have negotiated on the purchase price.
