Used Dan for our home inspection in **********. Extremely thorough with photos of any concerning aspects of the inspection. Very honest and timely. Felt very reassured he was not just inspecting to seal the deal. He inspected our house as if it were his family wanting to move in! Extremely professional and straightforward! I bought a house in May of 2018 and had D Lucas home inspection do the inspection. His report was thorough and I like how he had a licensed HVAC person look at the heating and air condition. Also a licensed termite person did the termite inspection. I recently had to use the home warranty because I was having trouble with the furnace. If it weren't for the inspection report from the licensed HVAC I'm pretty sure the warranty people were going to say the problem with the furnace was a pre existing condition. Satisfied customer Company was very professional. Mr Lucas performed inspection. It was longer than I anticipated and had to leave. My wife was running late and after 2 1/2 hrs when she arrive The gentleman was still there. He sat down a reviewed the entire report. Live in the house for 21/2 months and Ac went on the blink. FANTASTIC BARGAIN I hired this company after calling around to several realty companies for a referal. I called several of the companies and this was the only company that did not trash the competition and actually suggested to me to call around. After doing so and going with my gut. I hired them and was totally satisfied with the inspection insight and team that they bring. As a VP of a local tractor company service means everything Thank you again.
Lucas Home Inspections did a home inspection on a home we helped purchase for our son and daughter in law. They sent out an inspector and he documented in his report that the roof was in "sound" condition and starting to curl. Our Realtor even admits she never knew they needed a new roof or we would have negotiated on the purchase price.
