I found this place in passing when I stopped at the plaza for lunch. I decided to go in for a pedicure and I am so glad I did. The atmosphere is great, staff are friendly and the pedicure was wonderful and relaxing. After a few stressful weeks of moving and renos in our new house, this was just what I needed today! I will go back
I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this nail salon was honestly terrible. The service was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. I did not feel welcomed, listened to, or treated with the level of professionalism you should expect when you are paying for a service. To be honest I was not going to leave a review because this place redeemed themselves. BUT after the design didnt even last a day and I am now literally sitting in this shop to Have it fixed. WAITING for an extended period of time is disgusting. Other shops fix your nail right away, let alone other customers have walked in to get a broken nail fixed and they took them. This was my first time at D Lovely..I didn't have appointment and I get my nails done fast they were welcoming friendly staff..Anna did my nails I got exactly what I want ..I recommend them thank you guy's
