I’m just writing a review not for the service but for a driver. I just drove behind one of your vehicles for about 15 minutes and your driver is reckless. On Passyunk Ave instead of waiting for the red light he decides to go to the left down the lane passed all cars waiting at the light and goes thru the light. He proceeded to get on 76 where he bobbed in and out cutting vehicles off and speeding. Tell your drivers to drive more carefully and to slow down. never showed up. Left me waiting
I was expecting some one to come from their company yesterday April 25th 2020 to tow my car. I was waiting almost 3 hours . No one ever came and the driver did not pick up . Finally talked to someone from the company just to be told the driver was doing another job some where and the tow wouldn’t be able to be completed. What a waste of a Saturday!! Why would you “accept” a tow and make it seem like some one would show up if they really are not ! Unacceptable service!
Scheduled a tow through insurance provider. Waited almost 2 hours for arrival. Tow company never called to confirm, voicemail box was full. Tow company never came. Seems as if they accepted a job they couldn’t preform, and they left me stranded.
