Because of Dr Jarvis and his team I was able to walk again and I mean walk like I never had injury! No limp and His team took me and my kneee very serious and Jodi is a life saver and made me feel comfortable and ready for my surgery and as I type this with tears I know that they cared and did they Big One on me and I would prefer them to ANYONE they are THE BEST! We felt 100% comfortable with Dr. Jarvis repairing my daughter’s meniscus tear. He was great about describing exactly what she needed. 3 months post op and she is cleared to return to sport! Could not have asked for a better outcome.
I am extremely disheartened by the lack of care and listening that was done in the visit. His assessment and after summary that was sent to me were not even in the correct side of my body- he was diagnosing my left side instead of my right. I left questioning my future in my sport and continue to struggle with the fear of what he said to me.
Great appointment today! I am so excited to have found him. Very friendly and I cannot wait for my hip labrum repair surgery! See you in January! —June R
