Disappointed with the quality of the engraving especially on the first ring. The guy also promised 1 week to complete, but took 2 weeks. Would not recommend for poor quality and bad communication. He also used a different font than the one I requested.

I want to give a huge shoutout the magician Dan. First I want to say that the customer service here is truly 1 of 1. We had a really important piece of Jewlery from my fiancé break and found D&J on the reviews. Dan took the time to walk me through how the process would go and the pricing fantastic for the craftsmanship he provided. Fantastic jewelry repair! Fixed two gold necklace chains of mine within days. They both look brand new! One of the chains is extremely small, and I was told that the repair will likely be visible due to how small the links are. I can’t tell where the repair was done at all; the necklace looks brand new! Overall I had such a great experience here and I recommend this place to everyone!
