Fantastic jewelry repair! Fixed two gold necklace chains of mine within days. They both look brand new! One of the chains is extremely small, and I was told that the repair will likely be visible due to how small the links are. I can’t tell where the repair was done at all; the necklace looks brand new! Overall I had such a great experience here and I recommend this place to everyone!
I needed a new 14k clasp for my gold box chain on a Sunday. They explained what failed with the original one and offered a reasonable price for an upgraded clasp and immediately repaired it while I waited. I am also thankful for their prompt responsiveness to my calls and messages beforehand. I will certainly be back and not just for repairs!
The owner and his wife were sweethearts and he was able to fix my gold ring within an hour. I took it to another jewelry repair and he told me he couldn't fix it because the band was too thin. Thank you all for fixing my ring!!
They were able to fix my engagement ring in 1 day. They are extremely kind and the work was amazing and fair priced! Definitely would recommend!
