So we have been having problems with our AC tripping since we closed at the end of December in 2023 and DNL heating and air hasn’t been able to fix the problem. But now since we’re out of the one year install warranty, they’re not gonna help us anymore. So heads up, if you guys are having problems with your AC units, make sure you stay on them until they get it fixed. Rude customer service. It's not about the information you provide. But the tone. The customer agent was shouting right away. Better to ask for responses on mail and not on call with these guys

This company provides extremely low quality service. This company is over the HVAC systems in a new neighborhood that I purchased a home in, and it has been a nightmare. I have had to have them come out on 4 separate occasions to attempt to fix my HVAC system due to it making extremely loud vibration sounds. The first 2 technicians were extremely unknowledgeable as the 2nd group of technicians had to cut a 1 ft x 3ft hole in my sheetrock when that wasn’t even needed. Very poor services. I have been dealing with my air not working for mostly the WHOLE summer.1 month in a half.Fixed my air , lasted for a month. Now its not working again .. and this suppose to be a new unit. My son has asthma and he has to breathe in this constant HOT AIR ! It's going on 2 weeks tmrw and I still have no air. This is ridiculous. If the experts can't fix the issue who can ? I am not pleased ....the lady at the front desk has no clue what is going on .. and they barely answer the phone ...
