Tremendous TAX Service – David has been the best tax consultant I have ever had. He digs for refunds and works to find many - not so well known deductions - that even the IRS had to "think about it" . He also has great customer service and very friendly. I moved to Washington state 9 years ago and have stated with him. Score for me is 15 out of 10!
Think twice if you want any type of customer service at all – I don't know where to start. I was just starting out in business and found Dave from a referral from a friend. My friend apologizes profusely ever since. In short, his customer service is so poor that I don't understand how he can even operate his business in any capacity at all. I actually had to ask if he had a personal problem with me and didn't like me or something when he returned 1 phone call in 6 months to me.
