RecommendedThe burgers were really good. Good size patty and not sloppy. The onion rings were also very good. I had a chocolate shake and finished the whole thing. Service was quick and there is RV parking!
I drive out of town just to eat here, its kept clean and have amazing chicken strips. Very good customer service but it is very over priced, worth it tho
Insane wait time, often discourtious staff. Food used to be great, now under new management the food is pretty awful. Ice cream is still as you would expect. Prices are extremely high and continue to increase, while the quality of the food decreases.
My wife and I recently tried DK's we have always just stopped at the "chain" fast food dives... never again! This is our new "GO-TO" burger place! Do they take a little longer? I say an extra couple of minutes wait is definitely worth it for the quality of the food... the friendly service and the cleanliness of the diner... give them a try, you won't be sorry you did!
Other people have mentioned having to wait a long time in the drive thru, and I agree. I went there last summer, so it was boiling hot waiting in the direct sun for my ice cream. I guess it's true that it's "homemade" because it was awful. It tasted okay at first, but a few licks in, it was extremely bitter. And the hamburger was horrible, too. I've never been back and never will again. Sad.
Love DK's! Great food, atmosphere and service! Highly recommend.
