Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The "lady" named Roberta in the kitchen was the rudest person in customer service. all because I asked for my order to go and she forgot. She started yelling about it in the back. I got my money back (which I was short changed and had to go back) and left.
$19 for a Bacon burger with fries and a root beer float.... ridiculously priced especially when the food really isn't all that good!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It’s delicious! However ... my kids didn’t get their “prize” in kids meal .. when I questioned it, she said “it was in the bag” ... uh nope! But ok 🤷🏼♀️🤔

great staff, delicious burgers, handmade shakes in a bunch of different flavors and the onion rings are perfect - we’ve been stopping in here after our annual neighborhood camping trip for 12 years and have no plans on changing that tradition. Since the owners took over the food has changed and not for the better, the price has doubled and the service is sloppy at best. Every time I have ordered, something is missing that I have been charged for.
This was my first time eating at D.K.’s and I really enjoyed it. The grilled cheese sandwich was perfect, the onion rings were great, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely eat here during future trips to/through Ephrata.
