I had my hip replacement performed by D. Lester, after having my hip pinned first. He made me wait with a hip fracture because he was over-booked. The pinning of my hip failed and when I went to D. LESTER, HE JUST made me wait. I was in horrible pain and I am still in pain. My hip still hurts and now I addicted to oxycontin, because these mess do not help anymore. This was my first really awful doctor, He is only working to take your money to buy more waterfront homes. I know he boasts about his house, since I have been there. But he still is an arrogant pompass fool who thinks that only HE can save you. As a doctor he is 2 out of 5. As a person he is clearly a 1. P.S. bring cash and then you don;'t have to wait as long as insurance people.
Dr.Kevin Lester exhibits all the traits of an excellent doctor. He delt with a difficult hip surgery situation with expertise and healing was a breeze. If an individual has lost bone mass or is already debilitated when any doctor takes his case there is just so much any doctor can do. The are not God. Great doctor, very helpful and itelligent. He helped my kneee and hip pain when other local orthopedics couldn't. I highly reccomend Dr. Lester.
He has an outrageous ego along with horrible bedside manner. Doesn't care about his patients only his patent. Quality of surgery is horrible, try another doctor for your safety.
Excellent Doctor, was our son's surgeon after a serious accident injury, and was very good. A great bedside manner and related well to young person. Only complaint is that he was often hard to track down in the hospital due to his very busy schedule, his office was great in getting us in touch when needed.
I have had nagging knee pain for years that nobody seemed to be to do anything about, until I met Dr. Lester He made my knee feel 100% pain-free, and now I can do activities/sports I haven't been able to do for years. I had to wait for a little while in the waiting room on my second visit, but not as bad as most doctors. Seems to be a busy guy, with his great patient care, I know why. Absolutely worth the wait. Professional, intelligent, and excellent surgeon. Very glad I went to see him, my knee has never felt better.
Total Hack.. He is arrogant and a bad reputation throughout the community which I found out later. There are many other excellant orthopods around. Dont go to Lester.
Immediately recommended surgery, I did not agree and neither did my second opinion dr.
