I visited this store in need of a custom build. The person at the counter took down my specifications and my contact information. A week later no estimate, no contact. I called to find out what happened and the person answering the phone could not find me in the system. They took my information and PROMISED to return a call right away after speaking with the manager. Again, no call back. I’m not sure they want my business…….moving on.
