So the worst possible scenario brought me to meet the guys at D&K I’m from Ohio and while driving to Houston Texas from Las Vegas my rear end broke on my van . These guys have been fair , and more than reasonable with me . I honor break down again in my van in close enough to use them again
I WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU NEED ENGINE WORK. I took my vehicle in and they said I needed a camshaft and lifters. Which I did. I PAID THEM $2500 in cash. I spent $3000 on parts. They did the labor and I supplied the parts. THE TRUCK RAN FOR A WHOLE 12 HOURS total before it would not start again. So I had to spend an additional $85 to tow it back to their shop. This is the only mechanic shop my husband and I trust our vehicles with. The two men that work here are VERY KIND and TRUSTING people. They have worked on our new vehicles Ford Platinum and even our 02 Cavalier. Im pretty sure they know how to fix anything!
Last week I was on my way to Colorado from Houston and my car broke down Sunday evening. Monday morning, I got my car to D&K and they looked at it right away, diagnosed it, and fixed it all within 2 hours! What a relief! I’m so thankful!
