Terrible service This place is terrible to work with.
Unprofessional, poor service
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! These guys are not trustworthy. They have bad attitudes and got nothing done. There was a load squealing noise on my truck and the tail lights were not working. I asked them to fix everything they could. They assured me that they had a ford “master mechanic” working there and work on these trucks all the time. They quoted me a price for the parts and labor. I never write reviews but felt the need to for D&K. We were driving across country from California and the car (with 200,000+ miles) was having difficulty starting so we stopped by this shop. Everyone was friendly and they went out of the their way to prioritize our car so we could continue our drive and get back on the road ASAP. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem (needed a new starter motor) and were able to get the parts needed to fix the car within 2 hours. Broke down heading to Colorado and I called and explained the situation and they stopped and done what it took to get me taken care of. That’s the repair place that needs to be every where. Had to spend the night in Amarillo but least I know my truck is in good hands
