Always a friendly experience. I would only suggest that your office staff greet everyone in the lobby. When I checked in no one was in the office, so I signed in and sat down. Then another couple came in and the office staff came out. However, I was unsure if she knew I had signed in. I realize she was probably very busy, but just a hello I see you would have been nice. Your staff however is always great!
