While the product is good, we were charged $31 on a $1000 order today because we used our debit card. Can't go in, so a check isn't an option. When we called about the charge we were told it's a new fee to recover their losses, when you use a card... unless we are a "member". We can apply to be a customer online or in the store... umm okay.
