I needed to have asphalt and standing seam metal roof installed on a remodel. Jim was quick to provide a quote on the job. After that it was downhill. Communication became difficult when I asked for an installation date. I was told that due to supply issues the metal was running late. After 5 months the metal was being installed by a subcontractor who told me that was not the case and if I had any issues I needed to call Jim.
