Great landowners and great communication
I’m renting with these guys for over 18 months. They’re the best and nicest landlords I’ve ever rent with. They do repair and maintenance stuff. The best thing about them, they are NOT greedy like any other landlords, they will return your deposit (if you havnt screwed the entire place or something). Furthermore, if you were financially screwed for some reason and can’t pay on time or something you can talk to them and they’ll definitely work things out. Expect to not have any repairs done while you're living there. I had a major water leak for 6+ months in my apartment and the air conditioner was broken for another 8 months. I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom prior to moving out, and I'm an OCD type of clean person. Never saw a penny from the security deposit. They were negligent, scummy landlords. By far the worse landlords I've ever had.
Absolute slumlords.
Absolute slumlords. Please read the yelp reviews about these guys before you consider renting from them. They will not do any repairs. Outrageous fines. Expect to never see your security deposit back.
