All I can say is RUN AWAY from this company. I've used this company in the past for multiple rental houses and apartments in Royal Oak over the years and the service used to be decent. I am not sure what happened but the service is now deplorable. I rarely use the word deplorable, so that's how bad they are. I called Dan (the owner) at 7am on Monday morning. I can't complain about the service because they never showed up to do the job Here is how it went: Kitchen sink disposal line broke Thursday. Called for a plumber Thursday afternoon and told they would be out then next day. Stayed home all day, Friday and around 4:00 called for an update., I was told they were backed up and it might be 1 to 2 hours more or I could reschedule. I had water backed up in my basement from the sewer line. Being single and a woman, I wasn't sure who to call. So I called D.J. Plumbing and I'm sooo glad I did!! From the phone call (she told me they would be here within the hour) and true to her word Jody and Steve pulled up 15-20 minutes later. Two of the nicest guys representing the company. They quickly figured out what the problem was and had it fixed in no time...20 minutes!!! I will definitely call D.J.'s again! I whole heartedly recommend them.
