We chose to get an estimate on lawn care from them as they were the “preferred vendors” of our rental company and we are moving out of our rental house soon. They were fully aware of our position as renters, yet they quoted us $150 for everything under the sun we did NOT need to pass our move out inspection. Their quote even included “touching up” the mulch , fully aware that our responsibility as renters does NOT include mulching, detailing, and everything else the property OWNERS are responsible for .
