One of the owners, Jamie, came to my house to look at my AC. As I was explaining to him what was wrong, he was looking my daughter up and down like a creeper and ignoring what I was explaining. He ended up giving us a quote, but we also had 2 others - both of which beat his by 100s of dollars, which he laughed at. He was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Mr Hawley is our GoTo! He repaired our ailing furnace last Winter, and answered my call for help again when the furnace made a weird sound and quit last night! He is extremely professional, explains the problem in detail, repairs the problem on his visit, and his fee is ridiculously reasonable! Do not hesitate to call him, you will be very happy that you did!

I bought the AC unit last year 2020 for $4000. I purchased it exactly a year ago on June 5th, but because the weekend I couldn’t call them until Monday morning the 6/7. I called and explain to the him the situation that AC was not cooling the house. He response was “$99 service call fee, plus parts and labor if any”. I said “what about the warranty?”.
