JR is a great salesman without being slimy. We bought a car from him for my 18 year old son and he handled everything efficiently and professionally. I definitely recommend him.

We had an awesome experience with D&I Auto sales today. May 28th, 2019. Bought a really nice 95' international bucket truck. Well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive from Ocala,FL. Great customer service. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They were very helpful, and quite patient with myself, my dad, and my brother. As we really didn't have our sh*t together and everything figured out when we arrived. They were awesome. Have never had such great service from a car dealership. If I could give zero stars and still write a review I would . We purchased a 2003 Honda Civic hybrid in April for our 16 year olds first car. We were told this was a car that the salesman used to drive to work in and a great value ....She never got to use the car ! Because when we got the car checked out it needed $2,000-$6,000 in transmission problems repaired. I’m happy I found this out prior to my child being stranded on the side of the road somewhere.
This dealership sold us a Lemon. After a few weeks engine light came on, we called them.... they waited exactly as long they had to to got back with us. 30 days were over. Engine light with 7 different codes, I depend on this car.... I work in healthcare and I am on calll. We took car to Chevy.... told us we need a new engine.... ., we had a friend fixing a cylinder, still struggling with an independent car.
