Called them for a hot water problem-pilot light not lighting. Technician,Brandon came in 20 minutes. Identified the issue and quickly resolved it. Before Arctic Chain came, we were advised by a different repair company to replace our 6 years old water heater. We were saved by Arctic Chain. We will definitely call them again.
