the owner is rude. I was asked to leave because my allergies( I was coughing)were affected by the poor air quality in the shop. I understand folks are concerned in the age of the virus but the lack of empathy was unacceptable. I was not allowed to let my pedicure dry. I have been a good customer for 3 years, tipping the workers well and my daughter goes there too. I will never set foot in this place again.

The owner is BEYOND rude! I waited patiently for 45 minutes before even getting soaked off! I requested my technician Tan in which is very nice and does great work. When I inquired about an update because one of the female technicians took a customer that just walked in to get service, the owner preceded to speak to me loud and rough! The owner is very rude to its customer never going back
Do not go here! Nail tech literally cut the tip of my finger off cutting my nails too short! It bled profusely and all he did was grab a blue liquid and put it on. After telling the owner, she applied more blue liquid ( she at least told me it was an antibiotic) but then proceeded to do my nails as normal- the finger was throbbing in pain! When I told her it hurt, she snappily said “do you want me to do that finger at all or not?” Excuse me?! No sympathy at all.
