I’m only giving two stars because they were the only shop that contained servicing during the snow storm. First, of all please don’t look to be greeted as you would expect when entering any business. I didn’t bother asking any of the workers their names before or after my service. But the younger female that works there has a very nasty attitude. I believe she runs the business I’m not 100% sure. I have been going to them for 12 years now. I love them! I will never go to anyone else to get my hair blown out. It is a family business so there are not a lot of stylist. Honestly that is why I love them so much. I love the way the mother wash my hair and conditions my hair. I will be going again soon on Jan. 5 and I will post pictures of my before and after.
This was my first time ever going to a Dominican shop when I say they is on point the lady who washed my hair washed it so good I had to give her a $10 tip and the one who did my hair did a excellent job I have to give her a $10 tip also and they is so nice I will be back once a month before I get my hair braided keep up the good work and I love they prices
please do not believe the negative reviews.. I arrived at 9:30 they opened at 10 I was greeted with a smile signed in I was washed conditioned and hair rolled under the dryer by 10:30 nice atmosphere the sign in was first come first serve..and the list got long fast BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE
In order for me to post, I had to put at least a one star, but to me after this day, I will never come back. I had a really disappointing experience at the Dominican Shop on May 2025. I came in for a wash and set. The person that wash hair is very messy. I explained that I wanted to keep most of my length, but the cut was much shorter than we discussed.
