I just got off the phone with HD and I'm extremely upset. First I cant believe a multi-million dollar company is only utilizing one vendor for Houston. Houston is big and HD is using only one vendor (sounds like a monopoly to me) that's ridiculous. Anyway this company according to HD stated they contacted me but I have yet to receive a call in regards to the installation of a new fence. Work not completed when promised. Trash and debris in my yard and in our neighbors yard. Supplies left in our drive way and in our garage. Didn't show up to finish work for two days. When the work still wasn't done going into the fourth day's work the guy who estimated and contracted the job quit. The owner refused to call me. And their receptionist has a sour attitude when it comes to dissatisfied customers. This company was aware that we have three dogs and two young children.
