Excellent experience. This is the second car i have bought from D and D and you couldn't ask for a better deal. Amanda, David and the whole crew is awesome. I would recommend buying from D and D they are great.
I found them online and I was reaaaaaally skeptical at first after visiting soooo many used car lots that were the stereotypical used car salesman....and let me tell you they were great!!! Family owned, not shady at all....well priced vehicles with low miles, no back and forth haggling....we had three small children with us during the buying process and they were kid friendly, just amazing!!!! Highly recommended from our family!!! I probably will not ever go anywhere else!!!
Arriving at D&D Truck and Auto for the first time was breathtaking knowing they had the Jeep I wanted in GOLD. Not knowing all my options due to previous issues, Amanda jumped right in listeaning to what I wanted as a customer and also teaching me in the process. Everything was what do YOU want. Test drove a car that I liked and while pulling out of the lot I looked at the rear view mirror for the backup camera and the salesperson “Amanda” said the car didn’t have a backup camera but did have back up beepers so I bought it. After a few days later I noticed that the beepers were not working so when I went back to D&D Truck and Auto in Graham, NC to pick up the title I asked about the beepers not working and they refuse to do the right thing by having them installed or reimbursement for me to have beepers installed. I bought a 2012 GMC Sierra. Within a year realized it had been in an accident, they offered ebay as advice to get parts (headlight issue), a few months ago transmission pump and torque converter replaced. I didn’t call them because I needed more than eBay. The warranty they offer Penn Warranty, is an absolute joke. The sales lady was super nice during the sale. I will not do business here again. You got me D&D. Should have bought from a real dealership with real warranty with a real service center. My mistake
