This establishment did brakes on our truck and the brake line was damaged by them during the repair. This resulted in brake failure putting my son at risk. We were told "accidents happen". My husband was very understanding and allowed them to fix the "accident". After the new repair was completed we were assured the brakes were now safe. Thankfully, we took the truck to another shop to be checked. Upon their evaluation it was found that the one of the rotor studs was cut to make lug nuts fit. My husband and I have taken our vehicles to D&D since 2017. From old, worn out cars that needed extensive repairs, to new models that just get oil changes and tires, we fully trust Derek and his crew to do the right thing. They keep our family safe, and I never feel taken advantage of!
Make an appointment but once it’s your turn they get it done as soon as they get done. Very understanding place too
