They speak a GREAT GAME and are very helpful in the beginning....I was in a jam and they helped me out/took advantage. They picked up my mower, made repairs and dropped it off for me. It was over a month after the request and never called to check to get approval to make all the repairs but I paid bc I was delighted that they took the initiative. I took my riding mower to D and D Mower shop to be repaired. I also asked if they could do a total service and change the blade. I was told at that time that it would be a week and half and someone would contact me as to the total cost for repairs and service. 3 Weeks later, I have heard nothing from anyone at this business. If you call and checked the status, you get a message that says if you have a mower here someone will be getting in touch with you. I left a message and no one called me back. I have used them 2 times so far, once for my riding lawnmower and once for my edger. Both times the prices were good, the work was good, and the time to fix was fast. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks D&D!
