Took a lawn mower to be repaired 3 weeks ago. Surprisingly the owner was there. Completed the work order and he said he would call. Haven’t heard a word. Have driven by twice a day during his reported business hours. Never open. Have phoned 23 times. Once I actually got the voicemail as every other time it was full. Left a message. No response. Sent three separate emails, still no response. I guess we’ll have to put his picture on a milk carton to try and find him. Hopefully this will get a response from him. I have had work... read more
-10 STARS, walked into the shop and asked if they were an echo dealer as it came up on google. The physco then began to swear at me and inform me how much he hates Google and the internet, I said thank you and have a nice day I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My in-laws dropped their snow blower off for repair in October and that was the last we heard of this place until we found them at their shop in early April. No calls, no signs on the door, never returned any of their voicemails, nothing. The place just closed up shop with ZERO notice to its customers. I would shovel my driveway with a spoon and cut my lawn with scissors before I had them work on anything I own.
Absolutely awesome service, got me a wicked lawn mower and met some good people! Will 100% be doing business here again! Highly recommend
