Very professional ownership and staff at D & D. I was very pleased with my experience.
I bought a service contract from them, because their ad stated 24/7 service and if you had the contract you would be on top of the list. When I needed them in October, all te service guy did was play around with my thermostat and didnt check anything! Charged me $160 for 5 minutes of playing with my thermostat, and would not take one of the visits from my service contract and apply it to this visit.
