Was hoping to use D and D Garage Doors for a new door, but I'm pretty disappointed. They came out twice to give me a quote, and I never heard back either time. Really poor follow-through. This is after years of being a happy customer of their service. Time to find a new company.
Am very pleased with my garage door. Customer service was excellent. Added my remote after installation and gentleman was very professional and helpful
No stars, after 10 months , 5 visits, still waiting for garage door to be replaced. 2 weeks ago they agreed to replace panels and adjust . No one has called to schedule and Lori the so called manager is like a person avoiding a debt collector. She never returns a call and keeps you on hold until you give up and hang up. The most unprofessional business i have ever encountered.
