Fix the problem right away
My problem was very easily solved, a broken wire.
Our initial experience was with Overhead Door which is part of D&D Garage Doors to have a new garage door opener installed was quick and great. A couple weeks later we encountered a more serious issue with the springs on our door breaking and trapping us in the garage.(400lb door with hurricane support struts) We called Overhead door and was told they only did commercial and couldn’t help?
