the customer service was not good not good communication either. When I came for the appointment the mechanic called out the owner had a lack luster attitude and does not work on cars so… I had to go somewhere else. Also each time I spoke with the owner he hung up on me without allowing me to complete my sentence great prices awful customer service

If you’re looking for a honest neighborhood mechanic, and not some big expensive corporation, these are your guys. I’ve come back here about ten times now, and haven’t been disappointed.
I've never been to this place, but I called because of all the rave reviews. Turns out, the person who answered the phone had a knack for terrible customer service. I inquired about getting work done on my car's catalytic converter and wanted a quote. Instead of a simple "no," I got a snarky remark about it costing $10. When I jokingly asked if they were going to chat up the car in hopes it would magically fix itself, they promptly hung up. I guess people aren't into improv customer service anymore.
