Had an appointment today, Friday, June 13, at 1pm (was made 2 weeks ago). Arrived from Columbus at the appointed time and was ghosted by the owner.! I called D & D Automotive several times, only to receive a message that "the mailbox wasn't accepting messages as the voicemail hasn't been set up yet". I waited over 20 minutes, then left. I called again around 3:45pm and received the same message. I do not recommend D & D Automotive as the customer service is pitiful at best.
