I lived at 1718 N. Gentry Lane West Peoria, IL small apt A. I cleaned thoroughly when I moved out. Was charged 275.00 for mole cleaning on the blinds and window seals. The apt is very small, and I told the manager that my electric bill was over 200.00 a month, last year the insulators gave a estimate even said Ameren would pay half, owner had to pay other half. So mole was their fault. Smh! Their next tenant will be a doosie and will probably move out in 30 days!
I currently live at D & D Aparments. I love it. HP Management is very well run, they respond very quickly at all hours of the day and any day. The apartments are very nice, space is plentiful, and the premises is well taken care of. It is quiet. I have never heard my neighbors outside of coming up the stairs (my apartment is next to the stairs). It is also convenient that electricity is the only thing we have to pay for (included are trash, water, sewage, AND cable/internet). It makes it very convenient and I can even try to... read more
I could not be happier with my apartment! Nick at HP management has been so helpful and resourceful with getting me my new home. I was super worried about moving in with so little hands but Nick gave me a group of movers that made it so easy to get moved in! It was the smoothest move in family history! The apartment is clean, cozy, and reasonably priced, and I feel great going home every day in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Hopefully I will be calling this place home for a couple of years.
