Suddenly, it was cold INSIDE my coop. Because it ws a holiday 3-day weekend it took days to find out that the problem wasn't covered by my senior community . Fortunately, a fellow writer, aka "angel in disguise," directed me to Chad at DCS Mechanical, Inc. As soon as I called him, he came within the hour to figure out what was wrong. I got Chad's number from Nextdoor, after reading his glowing recommendations. I called him and he "put his boots on" and came right over within 30 minutes. I have never in my life experienced such kind, courteous, informative and honest service from a repair professional. He fixed my older Payne unit and got it working again, for an extremely reasonable price, after I had been told I needed to replace my furnace by other HVAC repairmen. Excellent Customer Service! The owner Chad was responsive and helped us try to fix it over the phone and when that was not possible sent Rene to our home who was able to find the problem and fixed it immediately reinstating our cool air! Highly recommend!!
Chad is honest and demonstrates high level of integrity - Very responsive and gets the repairs done without ripping you off like other area HVAC companies like Triton. Highly recommend Chad and his company for any HVAC needs - He is licensed, trained and very knowledgeable in his trade
