Called for an estimate to replace a broken blower motor wheel. Chad arrived no more than 10min after the call, diagnosed the issue (with no BS upsell), and replaced the broken wheel. Fast, honest 5-star service.
5-star service! I texted Chad to schedule an appointment this week, and he responded right away letting me know he was already in my area with another customer. He stopped by within an hour, took one minute to diagnose my condenser, and quickly found the capacitor was bad. He grabbed a replacement from his truck and had it installed in under 10 minutes. My AC was blowing cold again! Amazing.
Chad was so friendly and helpful! He came to our home right away when our a/c stopped working. We were so thankful for his service!
