Had them make a custom wedding ring, they broke one of a matched pair of emeralds (that I provided) and tried to pass it off, I noticed, and refused to take it that way. Spent a year and a half searching for a replacement. His suggestion was "well you have it insured, don't you?" WHAT?! So unprofessional. Will never do business there again and will never recommend them to anyone. Not surprised they're going out of business.
