I'm disappointed with this business. I used to spend a lot of money here, until a very expensive item was "lost". I was told it was likely given away to another customer. I hope that customer is enjoying wearing my expensive item. The business owner was nice at first and offered to pay, but after repeated attempts to get the payment and resolve this issue, there is no response. This is such poor customer service.
