Friendly and professional. Clean. They have a dog but she doesn't shed or smell.
My 15 yo granddaughter made an appt 2 weeks ago, a birthday gift from me. She walks in at her appointed time, NO One acknowledged her, welcomed her - Norhing!! She took a bus to get there, felt awkward and after 30 minutes of feeling alone, she left. Is this the service and more importantly kindness we expect, maybe hope for and pay for?!! I'm out of state otherwise would march in there and let them know how much they failed! So sad
Took my 6 year old to have her nails painted the woman was great, very kind and definitely made sure my daughter got what she wanted.
