Incredible service! Well worth every penny! The furnace and a/c unit we bought works really well and has lowered our power bill. Jeff came right over and professionally installed everything and offered expert costumer service! This company is the real deal!
Highly recommend DC & Company. Both Doug and Jeff were very professional and friendly. We found them to be honest and trusted their recommendation for new HVAC system. Doug took the time to explain what would work best for our home and explain what other companies had tried to up sale us on. You won't go wrong with DC & Company.
Highly recommend. They've installed several things in our home over the years. Don't pay attention to the whiny reviewer that gave him one star. If you do a job you'd expect to be paid right away too. No one likes to chase people around.
I have had several interactions with Jeff at DC & Co. We have an air conditioner/furnace that is 19 years old and has needed a few repairs. He is always quick to arrive sometimes late in the evening and has been very honest and has always kept us within budget by repairing rather than telling us we need a whole new unit. We WILL need a new unit soon I am sure, and I will definitely purchase from DC & Co. when that time arrives. I would HIGHLY recommend!
I worked in property management for over four years and Doug Clark is my go-to HVAC guy. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and great to work with. I will continue to refer anyone with HVAC needs to DC & Company!
