Do not trust the obvious friends & family reviews found here. I'll give you the clean and simple experience from a new customer perspective: I didn't get serviced. That's right - we didn't even get to that part. I called at 8:54 am this morning and was told to "send pictures to this same phone number you called" for a quote.
