My 82 years old father had a carotid stent procedure with Dr. Rao and the experience was wonderful. The doctor was very professional, friendly, flexible and understanding. All of our questions were answered clearly. The entire team was supportive, especially Liz. When my dad's nursing facility messed up and canceled my dad's surgery due to the snow storm. Being in the medical field, I refer all of my patients in need of a vascular specialist to Dr Rao. I even refer my own family members to him. He is capable, patient and smart and above all, kind. He has taken great care of my patients and my family and we are grateful.
