My 82 years old father had a carotid stent procedure with Dr. Rao and the experience was wonderful. The doctor was very professional, friendly, flexible and understanding. All of our questions were answered clearly. The entire team was supportive, especially Liz. When my dad's nursing facility messed up and canceled my dad's surgery due to the snow storm.
