This company is legit. We just bought a property from them, and everything went super smooth from start to finish. I saw a review saying they ‘half-ass’ things, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. They were super helpful the whole way through—and even after closing, when a small issue popped up, they came out and fixed it for free. You don’t get that kind of service often.
